One of North Wales’ leading business support organisations has celebrated its 80th anniversary with a move to new premises on St Asaph Business Park, creating several new jobs.
Sage & Co, founded in the 1920s and based for many years at offices in Rhyl and Colwyn Bay, provides business development and accountancy services to North East Wales’ leading commercial and industrial enterprises.
The practice also specialises in guiding the growth of family-run enterprises throughout North Wales and the North West of England.
On hand to perform the official opening ceremony and give their thumbs-up to the move were MP Chris Ruane and Welsh Assembly Member Ann Jones, both representing Vale of Clwyd.
“It’s always good to see local businesses expand and prosper,” said Chris Ruane.
“I’m delighted that the Sage & Co team has taken the bold step of investing in a centre that can meet its ambitious expansion plans over the coming years.”
Sage & Co now has a dedicated team of 28 business specialists and support staff.
Director Matthew Gilmartin commented: “Our investment in bigger premises, additional skills and new technology will enable us keep pace with the increasing expectations of our rapidly growing client base.”
